When Goodbyes are Louder than Hellos

I discover some goodbyes are louder than the hellos. The days that pass you by, the opportunities missed and the chances we didn’t take ring loud you are unaccomplished.
The moments we cry more than laugh.
The days that you allow fear hiding you from your potential purpose.
The days you awake to hear your calling but your cry out to heal the pain inside of you is disturbingly stealing your chance to heal. Sometimes your calling is missed because we shrink ourselves because we believe we don’t qualify.
Sometimes the goodbyes are louder than your hellos when you can’t see the healing
When the attempts to reassemble yourself no longer work. The affirmations and pep talks are going in one ear and out the other.
Time lost, your energies are running low because goodbyes ring more than hellos. Loss has the power to put blinders so you don’t see hope.
Outliving life but not truly living. Contrary to belief, you want to count the hellos more than the goodbyes. You want to count the smiles, but the tears outnumber them. Goodbyes weigh heavy and hellos evaporate with time.
Every bit of life is not a melody of joy but sad songs.
My inner darkness of hurt, rejection, and, in the end, being alone. The chapters repeat with love fails, a chase to love yourself, but it seems you can’t win the race. Trying to be seen but become more and more invisible.
